A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday following a recent revelation of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.

News of her death was announced in a online announcement from the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”
Details of the Diagnosis
Within a published essay late last year, Schlossberg revealed that she had been suffering from acute myeloid leukemia with a specific genetic mutation.
Acute myeloid leukemia is a malignancy that originates in the bone marrow and blood cells.
The family has requested privacy as they grieve.
